Beautiful and comfortable living room and two bedrooms in Cabo Frio, Região dos Lagos. Property located on the first floor, 100 meters from Praia do Forte, near the Malibu hotel. Parking space for one vehicle. 80m² distributed in living room, two bedrooms (one suite), guest bathroom, kitchen, service area, and balcony. Close to bars, restaurants, and general shops.

In the living room, you will find a dining table with 8 chairs, a 2-seater sofa, and a Smart TV with basic channels. Attached to the living room and one of the bedrooms, there is an excellent balcony for relaxing, equipped with a table, 4 chairs, and a small sea view.

The first bedroom features a double bed, an extra single mattress, a desk for a laptop, a wardrobe, and air conditioning, as well as access to the balcony.

O edificio exige a copia das identidades/passaportes de todos os hóspedes com ate no maximo 1 hora antes do check-in. caso não seja entregue, a entrada não será permitida.

O prédio não permite visitantes durante a estada dos hóspedes, sem exceções.

Se o hóspede não cumprir a regra ou insistir com a recepção, receberá uma multa de 3 mil reais (BRL).
